What Our Clients Are Saying

  • We appreciate all you do for us to watch over our house while we’re gone. I can’t imagine coming back to the house with that refrigerator issue fermenting for two months! The communication you do with me when there’s issues is just fantastic. Thanks for the peace of mind. Take care. Enjoy the coming “off season” .

  • TRUSTED Home Watch & Concierge is wonderful. We have a brand-new condo in the Rosmary District and Michele was our eyes and ears all summer. She is thorough, reliable, and extremely detailed oriented. We received comprehensive reports after each visit, she was flexible with the timing of the visits and was easily available for after visit conversations if needed. She also provided some concierge services while we were gone as well. We cannot recommend her and her company highly enough!

    —Howard E

  • We could not be happier with Michele and her team at Trusted Concierge. Our house completely flooded during the last hurricane and Michele has been an amazing help at getting us back into our home. She was at my house by 8am the morning after the storm and helped us with every aspect of the job. You will be in great hands choosing Michele to watch over your home.

It can be stressful to leave your home when you're traveling or away for the off season.

There’s no reason to stress because we are your trusted eyes and ears.

It starts with our weekly or bi-weekly home watch visits that are GPS tagged with pictures, videos and any items we uncover that might lead to bigger issues.

Should an unfortunate event like a hurricane, fire, flood, or mold occur (we’ve dealt with them all), we’ll be there to coordinate everything quickly, diligently and with professionalism so your house returns to the home you left.

Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
